Php 14,000* per night and Php 80,000* per week for a maximum of 15 pax. Rental rate is inclusive of use of private infinity pool, videoke, barbecue grill, wifi and LPG (for less than 7 days rental).
Number of guests in excess of 15 will be charged an additional Php 300* per head per night (for those who will sleep in the house) and Php 150* per head (for daytime guests). Only a maximum of 5 extra pax (for those who will sleep in the house) and a maximum of 25 extra pax (for daytime guests) will be allowed.
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon (22 hours stay for single night booking).
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for direct bookings. The remaining balance must be settled before check-in and will be collected by our caretaker.

For activities and events that require catering services, corkage of 5% of the caterer's fee will be charged. Guests must make arrangements directly with the caterer and not through Casa Minerva.
On days that we don't have bookings, we may allow non-stay in guests to use our swimming pool at Php 250 per head for adults and Php 200 per head for kids below 7 years old. These are good for 5 hours only (additional 100 per head per hour will be charged in excess of 5 hours). These include free use of our patio and outdoor toilet and bath. Non-stay in guests shall not have access to our indoor areas.
