The first printed advertisement of Casa Minerva came out in the February 2015 issue of Metro Tagaytay Times, the local newspaper of Tagaytay City. The managing director, Bro. Victor Stuart Fernandez and his wife, Mrs. Lorna Roces Fernandez, are good friends of my husband. They have both been instrumental in the transformation of Casa Minerva from an old neglected house to a beautiful vacation home for rent.
